One of the largest telecom service providers are using our Assessment and Hiring Validation Platform to assess and certify their front line hiring across their lines of business. More than 5000 assessments and validations have been conducted so far. The customers and internal stakeholders have found the tool very useful and has witnessed improvement of quality of the hire significantly.
Our Assessment and Certification Tool was used to certify the promoters of the large telecom service provider post training for both knowledge and skills on our platform. Validation of training efforts was done and a perfect maker-checker principle was put in place effectively.
We have deployed out Technology Enabled Blended Learning solutions with various clients in Fast Moving Consumer Goods space. These solutions have been very successfully developed for the frontline Sales force.
One of our clients is a leading player in the personal products and grooming space for both men and women with leading brands in the portfolio. The solution panned across all the elements of the Performance Design using blended methodology of training. The classroom training was followed by Field Performance Coaching to enable the participants to convert the knowledge acquired in classrooms to on the job skills.
A similar solution was deployed to a leading brand in the writing instruments space for a leading brand in India.
A large US multi-national consumer company in the packaged foods and commodities business with their leading brands was a recipient of our blended learning solutions. We assessed and selected 30 girls from a mobilized strength of more than 5000 students and trained them to be Relationship Managers for a new-age Automobile brand recently launched.
