Building capability that shows up in Business Outcomes.
Talent Supply Chain

Deployment-ready talent, before day one

Stronger talent pipelines through validated assessments, hiring validation and employability solutions — Campus-to-Corporate, Hire & Train and Train & Hire models that cut early attrition and time-to-productivity.

The Problem

Why hiring alone doesn't fix capacity

Fresh hires take months to become productive.

High early attrition in the first 3-6 months.

Campus hires arrive without job-ready skills.

Hiring decisions made without validated data.

What's Included

Core capabilities

Six building blocks that turn hiring into a managed pipeline — sourced, assessed, trained and certified against the role you actually need filled.

Campus-to-Corporate Programs

Structured readiness programs that close the gap between what campuses teach and what your roles demand, before joining date.

Hire & Train Model

You hire, we build. Candidates join your payroll first, then run a structured capability build before they touch live work.

Train & Hire Model

We build first, you hire proven performers. Zero risk on unproven candidates — you see assessment and training data before committing.

Hiring Validation Assessments

Psychometric, aptitude and domain assessments that replace gut-feel selection with a validated read on fit and potential.

Employability Certification

Job-readiness certification against your role standard — so "trained" means measured against the work, not hours attended.

Deployment & Onboarding Support

Handover into the live role with location mapping, reporting-manager briefing and a first-90-days check-in cadence.

Deep Dive

How the pipeline is actually run

Hire & Train vs Train & Hire

Both models produce deployment-ready people. The difference is where the risk sits and when payroll starts — which is usually a finance question as much as an HR one.

  • Hire & Train — candidates join your payroll first, then complete the capability build. Best when you need guaranteed headcount on a fixed date.
  • Train & Hire — we build the batch, you select from proven performers. Best when quality matters more than a fixed joining date.
  • Train & Hire removes the cost of onboarding candidates who turn out not to fit the role
  • Hire & Train gives you earlier employer branding and stronger candidate commitment
  • Many clients run both — Hire & Train for core roles, Train & Hire for volume roles
How It Works

From role definition to deployed headcount

Four stages, run as one managed pipeline. Nobody is sourced before the role is mapped, and nobody is deployed before they are certified.

Step 01

Role & Skill Mapping

We define what "job-ready" means for the role — the tasks, the competencies and the standard a candidate must clear to be deployable.

Step 02

Source & Assess

Campus and market sourcing, then validated psychometric, aptitude and domain assessments to shortlist on evidence rather than impression.

Step 03

Train to Job-Ready

Role-specific technical and behavioural build, run on live-equivalent scenarios so the first real day is not the first practice attempt.

Step 04

Certify & Deploy

Certification against the role standard, handover to the reporting manager, and a first-90-days check-in to hold retention.

Who It's For

Built for the people accountable for headcount

CHRO

A talent supply model that reports on deployment and retention, not just offers rolled out and positions closed.

Talent Acquisition Head

Validated selection data and a pipeline that fills roles with people who stay past the six-month cliff.

Operations / Plant Head

Joiners who are productive on the floor from week one, not trainees you have to carry for a quarter.

Campus Hiring Lead

Campus intakes that arrive job-ready, with readiness delivered before the joining date rather than after it.

Before You Ask

Frequently asked questions

It usually comes down to whether you need guaranteed headcount on a fixed date or maximum certainty on quality. Hire & Train suits the first — candidates join your payroll, then build capability. Train & Hire suits the second — we build the batch and you select from proven performers, with assessment and training data in hand before you commit. Plenty of clients run both across different role families.

Structured pipelines are most economical from around 25 to 30 candidates per batch, where a dedicated cohort and trainer make sense. Smaller intakes are workable by merging into a scheduled multi-client batch for the common modules and keeping role-specific content separate.

It depends on the model. Under Hire & Train, candidates are on your payroll from the start and we run the capability build. Under Train & Hire, they are not your employees during training — you take them on only at the point of selection, after certification. The exact contracting arrangement is confirmed at proposal stage.

We work with engineering, commerce and vocational institutes across 40+ cities, including strong tier-2 and tier-3 coverage where competition for candidates is lower and retention is often better. Delivery is available in regional languages for these intakes.

Certification records what a candidate was assessed as able to do at the point of deployment, against your role standard. Where products, systems or processes change materially, we recommend a refresher and re-certification cycle — typically annually for technical roles — so the certificate keeps meaning something to the receiving manager.
