A new initiative was launched for our clients named TOUGH series of Blended Learning Solutions to enable organizations to work on enhancing employee commitment during these troubled times.
The series has a set of 30 courses broken into three levels – TOUGH, TOUGHer AND TOUGHest in line with age old moniker Tough times calls for Tough Measures.
Understanding self, Influencing teams and coaching them during these times is how the series has been built.
